Transcend Fitness & Performance Center Adult Fitness Classes are our version of “boot camp” training. A better, more efficient and effective way to get results in a group atmosphere. Although it is a “team” environment, participants still receive “individualized” programming based on their abilities and/or limitations.
Each exercise can be modified for the individual to make it more or less challenging. The Adult Fitness Classes also follow a progressive periodization model making it different than other boot camp training models where you have random workouts.
